We pride ourselves on our regularly changing menus, always featuring fresh fish and seafood, as well as fresh meat which Rosario chooses every day from the market. 

FAI TU MENU -TASTING AND SHARING MENU

At Fai Tu, we offer a tasting and sharing menu similar to a buffet or family dinner. Our menu includes a vast selection of hot and cold starters such as sauteed mussels, clams, prawns, calamari, grilled scallops, crab meat salads, anchovy fillets, charcuteries, Italian cheeses like mozzarella, provola, burrata, and vegetable bakes, among others. We also have a variety of pasta dishes, including fish/seafood options like lobster, crab, pasta with mussels, sea urchin, fresh tuna, meat options like lamb or beef ragu, pasta with guanciale, pork-based ragu`, and vegetarian options like ravioli, butternut squash, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, tomato, mushroom.

Our main course options include fish such as sea bass, tuna, swordfish, sea trout, stuffed squid, crustaceans, and lobsters, meat options like braised shin of beef, lamb shoulder, rabbit saddle, pork belly, rib eye on the bone, veal steak (depending on the market), and vegetarian dishes like parmigiana di melenzane, vegetable timbale, bean stews, etc. We can cater to everyone's preferences, but we need to know allergy requirements beforehand.

Our menu prices range from £55/person, which excludes scallops or langoustines, lobsters, or steaks, but still has enough seafood and meat options. The prices increase to £65/person, where we serve more crustaceans with the starters and pasta dishes. For £80/per person, you can expect to get lobster, crab, or steak, as mentioned. Ultimately, the choice is yours, and we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.


We also serve a deliciously authentic tasting menu from £55.00 per person. Parties of 8 or more could be offered this option due to our small kitchen.

PRIVATE DINING

For private dining, a minimum of 22 guests and a maximum of 32 guests with prices starting from £80.00pp (FAI TU). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate group bookings on a Friday or Saturday.

Costolette – Slow-cooked Scottish pork ribs, marinated in Cuba libre cocktail, finished with lime and served with grilled parmiggiano-infused polenta disc 10.5
